An Affiliates and Partnerships Project Manager may also be called an affiliate programme manager, affiliation consultant or affiliate manager.
Her role is to define the partnership and affiliate strategy that can generate qualified traffic to the website or application for which she is responsible. She will use different methods, including contests, dedicated banners, email campaigns and sometimes exclusive sales operations.
An Affiliates Project Manager is also accountable for the results the site attains through these actions. She assesses the impact and profitability of each partnership from an ROI point of view.
