The Insiders are a community of digital talents. They have 2 to 8 years of experience and come from agencies, advertising departments, advertisers, etc.
We hire them to work on open-ended contracts at Teaminside, then place them with our major account clients for plum assignments.
These assignments can last from 6 months to 2 years and enable Insiders to sharpen their skills while working within strategic digital organisations.

Is Teaminside an IT services company?

No, Teaminside is not an IT services company. We do not offer positions in IT and software. The Teaminside model falls somewhere between digital agency and advertiser. We are a pure digital player and the Insiders, 90% of whom are permanent employees of Teaminside, know that the Teaminside brand is synonymous with quality, excellence and a passion for digital:  digital project managers, SEO managers, UX designers and many other digital experts with 2 to 8 years of digital experience. What kind of employment contract does Teaminside offer?

If you decide to join our community of Insiders, you will be hired on an open-ended contract. However, depending on the need of our clients and on your digital profile, we may also offer fixed-term contracts or freelance opportunities. How long does an assignment last at Teaminside?

Who is my contact person during my placement with a client?

During your assignment, you will be in constant contact with one of our Teaminside Assignment Managers, also known as our Digital Linkers.

All of our Assignment Managers are also experts with at least 10 years of digital experience.
They will be there to answer any questions and offer advice. They are the behind-the-scenes muscle of Teaminside!

I work for a client company. Who is my contact at Teaminside during the assignment?

When an Insider is assigned to your company, you can contact an Assignment Manager at any time. Of course you will meet your Assignment Manager before our Insider starts work.
The Assignment Manager is also an expert with more than 10 years of digital experience. This means he is well acquainted with your challenges. He will be at your disposal to answer all your questions.

How do you handle the transition from one assignment to another?

Throughout the assignment, an Assignment Manager stays in touch with the Insider to understand how the assignment is going and get regular status updates. A few weeks before the end of his assignment, the Insider will assess his assignment and skills and reflect on the kind of assignment that could move his career forward. At Teaminside, you will be in good hands!
